CUSTOMER SEGMENT

Customer segments are the community of customers or businesses that you are aiming to sell your product or services. Our customer segments mainly based on psychographic, demographic, geographic and behaviour.

1. Psychographic

For psychographic, our customer usually consist of any person that prioritize the importance of their hair neatness and its healthiness.

2. Demographic

As for demographic, our customers ranged from teenagers to adults although all our products are suitable for range of age.

3. Geographic

Geographic consist of all people in Malaysia in all states as long as our product can reach them.

4. Behaviour

Behaviour of our customers are based on people that have hair and scalp concerns and people who wants their haircare products free from dangerous chemicals.

 

 CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP

1. Customer Acquisition refers to bringing in new customers or convincing people to buy your products. This process could be use to bring consumers down the marketing funnel from brand awareness to purchase decision. Faith Fleur is companies that manufacture hair care products that consists of shampoo, conditioner, serum tonic and hair mist. This product is suitable for men and women including all groups from babies, children, adults to the elderly that suffer hair problems.

2. Customer Retention defined in marketing as the process of engaging existing customers to continue buying products or services from your business. The better customer retention made from your business the longer lasting relationships form with customers who will loyal to your product as well as your brand. Plus, this company has their own factory in Peninsular Malaysia not to mention, they also operates in Sabah and Sarawak. With the existence of this factory, it makes it easier for those saloons and outlets available in each state to do business. In order to maintain relationships with the customer, they can get this product directly in the saloon or make a purchase through a legitimate dropship agent and stockist without having to worry if their favourite product runs out of stock.


3. Increase Sales (upscaling) is a step which how your business introduce new products or services, expand your market, increase your marketing activities or improve customer service. One of the marketing strategy that was taken is by changing the packaging of the products. The packaging is also one of the criteria that can attract the customers to buy their products. Faith Fleur make changes in terms of the design of their products from regular packaging like bottle shaped to a more suitable and attractive packaging in accordance with their well-known brand products.

 1. Physical Resources

Vehicles

Our main physical resources is vehicles. We use vehicles to do the nearby delivery or to deliver our products to post office for postal services.

 2. Intellectual Resources

Product Quality

Our qualities of product is very important to our business. This is critical because a good product quality can earn us trust from our customers and getting good reviews, thus earning us a solid brand recognition to our products.

We also have experts that can guide us in making sales and reaching our monthly goals.

Start-up capital is the money a business owner needs to start up a business. This funding helps the business meet its initial costs, for our case, price of product from our agents.

 

 VALUE PROPOSITION

1. Hair Serum Faith Fleur


A water based hair serum that enriches with olive oil, castor oil, grapeseed oil and vitamin E that give multi nutrition to our hair in order to enhance its quality and condition. This ablution friendly hair serum can be used by any men or women and also the babies starting 6 month ages. Its smell goods and not sticky as other common hair’s oil sold at the market. This hair serum act to repair the damage hair, fight the normal dandruff problem and avoid our scalps become dried.

2. Hair Tonic Faith Fleur


Hair tonic from Faith Fleur are formulated at France, which the key ingredients in this wonderful product are ginseng extract, sage extract, henna extract and other beneficial ingredients that help to solve chronic hair problem. This tonic gives a fresh and cooling effect to those who use it, give them a comfortable and healthy scalp and hair. Those people that have a bald head concern may give a try to this hair tonic as it can stimulate the hair growth and stronger the hair from its root which reducing the loss of it. It comes with two size, which consist 150ml and 45ml respectively.

3. Hair mist Faith Fleur


People who is active in sport and hijabis are really suggested to own this hair mist as it avoids unpleasant smell that come from our sweat especially to all the hijabis. This hair mist that contain coconut oil and protein can help to lock the moisture of our hair and give a sweet-scented aroma to our hair. This hair mist also protects our hair from the sunray UV and also the heat that come from the use of hairdryer. All people that bear a dried or damaged hair can use this hair mist and see the transform.

4. Hair Mask Faith Fleur


Faith Fleur also have their own brand of hair mask which it can also be known as the hair scrub. Hair mask is a moisture treatment hair product that works to treat the damage hair from its root and the bottom layer of our scalps. This hair mask almost functions the same as the conditioner but it was much faster to absorb in our hair’s root and scalp as it enriched with a lot of natural nutrients compared to the conditioner that only work at the outer layer of our hair. 

 5. Shampoo Hair Loss Faith Fleur



Shampoo Hair loss Faith Fleur is the shampoo that formulated without the use of paraben and SLES. Rich with Vitamin pro-V-b5, this shampoo helps people with the hair loss problem and also reduce the excessive oil at our scalps. Other than that, this less foam shampoo helps to smooth our hair and also give a fruity smell that relaxing and calming. 

6. Conditioner Hair Loss Faith Fleur



Conditioner is a must thing to apply after shampooing our hair, this is because by the usage of shampoo it get rid of all the dirt and oil including our natural hair oil. So this conditioner, helps to restore the natural oil of our hair and give the moisture, smoothness to ensure our hair is fair and strong. This conditioner may also help to reduce the hairloss.

Key Partner are the relationships that you have with other business, governmental, or non-consumer entities that help your business model work. These can be the relationships that your company has with your suppliers, your manufacturers or business partner.  The suppliers for this product is CTYMARY Resources Sdn Bhd and was owned by Siti Mariam binti Abdul Samad and her husband Mohamad Abdul Halim bin Bahadorisam. The suppliers is responsible in ensuring their products can be produced upon request from stockists and their agents.

Other than that, the stockists for this product is Iman Samad. The deal is made through our stockists to get the stock. By this method, we could get the stock as soon as possible. The stockist also guide any individual who is new or wants to start a hair care business product. Therefore, this step is very helpful in furthering their business.

COST STRUCTURE

Cost Structure defines all the costs and expenses that will incur while operating our business model. All the costs and expenses involved in Faith Fleur business are stated below.

1. Cost of Buying Products From Stockist

As an agent for others’ product, we need to buy the haircare products from the registered stockist under Faith Fleur before selling them to people.

2. Cost of Packaging

To hand the products to customers, we must pack it to protect the products and also to impress them. We pack the products in plastic bag to deliver it to the customers. Meanwhile for the products that need to be post, we wrapped it using bubble wrap to protect the product from damage. Plastic bags and bubble wraps are included in our expenses as the cost of packaging.

3. Fuel’s Vehicle

Delivering the Faith Fleur haircare products to the customers required us to use our own vehicle. And to ride a vehicle, we need to fill it with fuel. Thus, the cost of fuel’s vehicle need to be provided on our own to deliver the products to our beloved customers.


CHANNEL

Channels are a critical element of the business model. They are how a company communicates with and reaches its customer segments. Channels are typically direct or indirect. As for our business, we use both direct and indirect method to reach our customers.

1. Direct

We promote and sell the Faith Fleur haircare products at Bazar Tamar Al Arif in Bentong as the direct channel to reach the customers. People who live near Bentong can directly come to this shop to get to know more about our value propositions or to make a purchase.

2. Indirect

We communicate with the customers through indirect channel using social media. We sell and promote the Faith Fleur haircare products through Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram. Using these social media, we shared with people our value propositions. We shared the pictures of the products and also we shared the feedback or the testimony we got from the customers. We also take an order from these platforms for people who can not come to Bazar Tamar Al Arif directly to purchase the haircare products.

KEY ACTIVITIES

1.      Promote The Product Using Social Media 

Faith Fleur products have been promote by using 4 platform in social media, which is Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram and also twitter. Promoting this product through social media really helpful to growing the brand awareness among customer in east and west Malaysia.

 

2.      Direct Promote to The Customer at Shop 🚀

This products also have been promote through directly to the customer at shop as the another initiatives for reach out the potential new customer to know more details about the Faith Fleur product. By this directly promote activities to customer also may create a new network from customer and the seller.

 

3.      Packing Order for Package 📦

After getting order by our customer we will make are packing out process all the order from our customer postage. This packing activities was come out of a need to protect our product from damage during the shipping process.

 

4.      Do The Cash On Deliveries to Nearby Customer 🚚

In Malaysia we also quite familiar by with the cash on delivery services by the seller. Which is the seller directly delivered the product to the customer. Same goes to Faith Fleur product, we also provide the cash on delivery services to our nearby customer because this Faith Fleur product have drop shipper agent and agent around Malaysia.

 

5.      Manage The Stock and Also Team 👢

Managing the stock is to make sure that the stock are not overstocking or under stocking. The most impact full is under stocking will affect the production and lastly it may happen late deliveries to the customer. Managing team is where the leader always giving support to their team mates to growth their sales by providing them with customer lead as well as a promotional material for attract customer.

 

6.      Consult and Gain Knowledge From The Expert & Our leader 👔

Having the activities of consultation from the expert and the leader every month. By doing this consultation in help the agent and drop shipper to gain new knowledge of the product and sharing session from the team mates to achieve their target on sales every month.

           1. Sales Revenue of The Products 💰

How we generate our income of this business a by the sales revenue of the product. Which is the cash pay by the customer through offline and online transaction for the product such as our hair serum, shampoo, conditioner and other set of products that we can categorized as sales of physical product.

 

      2. Charge of Deliveries 💲

Charge of deliveries also as revenue to the business use as a particular delivery service such as fee of postage and others. This charge are referring to cost of transporting or delivering goods which is determined by place or state been deliver.
